About the Journal

Advances in Dairy Research is the field that deals with the Bichemistry, Physiology, Cell biology and endocrinology of lactation, animal science, milk production and composition, Biotechnology and food technology, properties of milk proteins and other components, dairy products such as cheese, fermented milks and spreads, relevant studies in bacteriology, enzymology and immunology, the use of milk products in other foods, and the development of methods related to Dairy Science.
The journal includes a wide range of fields in its discipline to create a platform for the authors to make their contribution towards the journal and the editorial office promises a peer review process for the submitted manuscripts for the quality of publishing.
Advances in Dairy Research is an Open Access journal and aims to publish most complete and reliable source of information on the discoveries and current developments in the mode of original articles, review articles, case reports, short communications, etc. in all areas of the field and making them freely available through online without any restrictions or any other subscriptions to researchers worldwide.
Advances in Dairy Research
The journal is using Editorial Manager for quality in review process. Editorial Manager is an online manuscript submission, review and processes the articles and makes it easy for author, editor and reviewers to work simultaneously with easier review strategies and protocols. Review processing is performed by the editorial board members of Advances in Dairy Research or outside experts; at least two independent reviewers approval followed by editor approval is required for acceptance of any citable manuscript. Authors may submit manuscripts and track their progress through the system, hopefully to publication. Reviewers can download manuscripts and submit their opinions to the editor. Editors can manage the whole submission/review/revise/publish process.
Journal of Advances in Dairy Research concentrating on the latest technologies and techniques in animal science, would like to invite one and all across the globe to their premier 2nd International Conference in Animal & Dairy Sciences going to be held during September 15-17, 2014 at Hyderabad International Convention Centre (HICC), Hyderabad, India which aims to bring together leading academic scientists, researchers and scholars to exchange and share their experiences and research results about all aspects animal and dairy sciences. After the success of animal science-2013, we hope that our present event will become more successful with the presence of eminent personalities like you. Open to novice as well as eminent personalities in the field of animal science, the three-day conference offers the chance to present your research and have personalized interactions.
